Nessun dorma (Nadie duerma) es el aria más conocida de la opera Turandot de Giacomo Puccini (1958-1924).
La ópera narra la historia de la cruel princesa Turandot que por venganza decapita a sus pretendientes sino responden a tres adivinanzas. Un príncipe responde a los tres enigmas y desafía a la princesa a que averigüe su nombre. Ella ordena que nadie duerma en Pekín hasta que se sepa el nombre del atrevido pretendiente.

The opera tells the story of the cruel Princess Turandot that for revenge beheads her suitors but answer three riddles. A prince answered the three riddles and challenges the princess to find out his name. She ordered that no one sleeps in Beijing until the name of the bold suitor know.
